Come be part of something special at CJ Logistics America We are looking for a dependable and skilled Human Resources Country Director to oversee our warehouses located in MexicoLocation: Querétaro, Mexico**Salary Range - $85,000-115,000 USD.****Position Responsibilities**CJ Logistics is seeking a bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Country Human Resources Director to lead the HR function for our operations in Mexico, driving strategic HR initiatives that align with the company’s objectives. This role requires a dynamic leader who can foster a high-performance culture, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities****Strategic HR Leadership**:- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s business goals in Mexico.- Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business needs.**Talent Acquisition and Management**:- Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent and build an inclusive workforce.- Implement talent management programs to nurture employee learning/development and career progression.**Employee Relations**:- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.- Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations issues Develop action plans to address attrition and employee engagement initiatives.**Performance Management**:- Design and implement performance management systems that drive accountability and high performance.- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.**Compensation and Benefits**:- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with local market standards.- Conduct regular market analysis to keep compensation practices up-to-date.**Training and Development**:- Develop training programs that enhance employee skills and promote career development.- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.**Compliance and Risk Management**:- Ensure compliance with local employment and labor laws/regulations- .Monitor changes in employment legislation and adapt company policies accordingly.**HR Metrics and Reporting**:- Analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.- Provide regular reports to senior management on HR performance and key indicators.**Requirements and Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and regulations- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success.- Bilingual (Spanish and English) is required.**Skills**:- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Strong leadership and team-building skills.- Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.**Pay, Benefits and More**:- Salary Range - $85,000-115,000 USD.- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing organization.- A supportive and inclusive work environment.
