**Position Overview**The Human Resources Country Manager is responsible for developing and driving the People & Organization (or “P&O” - what we call Human Resources) strategy for Siemens Digital Industries Software (DISW) in Mexico and works closely with senior leadership in the country in this capacity. This position will provide end-to-end P&O partnership at a local level (given local legislation and compliance requirements). This individual will act as a trusted partner to the business, bringing deep insights, an independent viewpoint, and P&O expertise to business issues. This individual will bring a demonstrable track record of translating business strategies into P&O initiatives that effectively drive and support business performance including profit, growth, and customer and employee engagement across the organization.This role is based in our Mexico City office location and operates in a professional office environment on a Hybrid schedule. Minimum travel is required, as necessary.This role reports to the Senior Director, P&O for our Go-to-Market Organizations and the Americas Zone.**Responsibilities**:- Effectively engage with in-country business leadership to understand key objectives, challenges, and opportunities and recommend P&O priorities and initiatives to support the direction the business is taking.- Own country P&O strategy and all in-country P&O governance matters. Build interlock with the Americas Zone and the relevant Global Business Unit P&O strategic agendas.- Partner with leaders and their teams to provide mentorship and counsel on matters related to organization design, organization development, workforce planning, talent management, and all aspects of the employee lifecycle.- Drive and lead significant organizational change management and culture development initiatives that support the business in its growth objectives.- Partner with senior leadership to embed a continuous focus on a high-performance culture to ensure our teams deliver high-impact results and to build a robust talent pipeline. Drive the performance management process, including target setting, performance, employee development and Talent Reviews.- Collaborate with Zone and COE P&O colleagues to ensure our work serves the needs of our customers within the business.- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Mexico legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed/required.- Develop P&O policies specific to Mexico in partnership with Legal and relevant stakeholders.- Manage and resolve Employee Relations issues. Conduct effective, detailed, and objective investigations.- Understand organizational health; use data to uncover insights and make recommendations to improve individual and organizational effectiveness.- Partner with Talent Acquisition on organization’s recruitment efforts.- Own talent & employee development, including the identification of L&D/training needs for business units. Collaborate with Talent Development team to select and implement training.- Manage special HR projects as needed, including M&A activities.**Required Education, Background, and Experience**:- Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years relevant P&O functional experience with successful demonstration of the key responsibilities as presented above; Master’s degree desired.- Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) or other HR certification.- Strength in coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, written and verbal communication, process development, analytical skill, and problem solving.- Strong business and financial acumen; ability to translate business strategy into P&O strategy.- Experience working in a matrixed organization preferably in a global environment.- Proficient in the English language.- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.- Prior HR experience working in a SaaS/Cloud environment- Experience supporting a sales organization a plusLI-AL1LI-PLMDISWLI-HYBRID
