Accountant.The Accountant is responsible for:Timely and accurate preparation of financial statements for decision making purposes. Including, but not limited to, balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow statements and other financial reports.1. Document financial transactions by entering accounting information2. Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statements and other financial reports3. Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures4. Responsible for Social Security, Infonavit and income taxes preparation and presentation5. Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions6. Process payments to suppliers, tax authorities and service providers 7. Support month-end and year-end close process.8. Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information9. Prepare payment requests and gathering all the necessary documentation to process the payments10. Reconcile bank statements**Requirements**:Proven work record as a Sr. accountant in a Maquiladora environment with 3-5 years of experience.Hands-on experience with accounting software (Contpaq, SAP preferable).Solid understanding of accounting and tax legislation.IDSE/IMSS movements.Experience with IDSE and SUA platforms.VAT refund experience.Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or a related field.Monthly tax declarations experience.Download expense, income and payroll XML’sTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, AprendizHorario:- Turno de 10 horas
