**Duties & Responsibilities**- Identify and execute **design opportunities, layout, produce marketing verbiage**, and organize and manage entries and print processes.- **Work with management to define KPIs,** create reporting, and analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously- Use your creativity to develop eye-catching graphics that encourage engagement with the Brand- Design A/B testing creatives- Ensure all final designs are proofread and approved**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Designer, Visual Design, Marketing, Advertising, or similar- Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns through design.- Excellent project management skills- Intermediate english- Integrity, optimism, and respect, regardless of the situation- A big-picture thinker with an eye for detail- Someone who brings a positive attitude, even in challenging situations**Experience**:- Adobe Creative Suite- Some knowledge of HTML and CSS- Hubspot, Mailchimp, Figma - desirable- **This position works on Hybrid Modality **(on site and home office)_Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $700.00 - $762.00 al díaHorario:- Diurno- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Descuentos y precios preferenciales- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro dental- Servicio de comedor- Trabajar desde casa
