Salary range: 3500 - 3800 USD (Independent Contractor) Our client is a fast-growing multi-channel home essentials brand, an e-commerce company expanding across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and retail channels. Moving fast, operating lean, and valuing clarity, accountability, and ownership. The company is hiring a COO Execution Partner to bring structure, consistency, and operational discipline across the organization. This role is about driving execution, alignment, and organizational visibility. COO Execution Partner will own the systems and workflows that keep the company organized, on track, and accountable. Responsible for managing projects, communication rhythms, dashboards, and execution processes, this role ensures the team moves efficiently toward its goals. Own cross‑functional execution: Drive week‑to‑week execution across teams, ensuring priorities move forward and nothing gets stuck. Relentless follow‑up & accountability: Chase owners, deadlines, and deliverables; elevate when needed and close loops until work is done. Turn ambiguity into action: Take unclear or shifting priorities from leadership and translate them into concrete next steps. Execution over process: Build only the minimum structure needed to keep work moving—no heavy frameworks, no bureaucracy. ClickUp as an operating system: Live inside ClickUp daily to run execution, unblock work, and track commitments (not just to report on them). Remove blockers in real time: Identify friction points, solve problems fast, and personally step in to unblock teams. Leadership enablement: Act as the COO’s execution arm—filter noise, push priorities forward, and ensure strategic decisions turn into real outcomes. Hands‑on coordination: Stay close to the work, not at a distance—this is a role in the weeds, not a high‑level oversight position. 4+ years as a COO Execution Partner or operations roles. Experience in small companies (10–50 people). Experience supporting a COO or senior operations leader. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar project management tools. Own execution across multiple functions at once and feel comfortable operating without full information. Highly structured, detail‑oriented, and proactive. E‑commerce or DTC experience is a plus. Experience building SOPs and operational frameworks. Worked as a right‑hand to a founder or COO. Success Metrics (First 90 Days) ClickUp is clean, structured, and consistently used. Weekly scorecard is accurate and automated. All major projects have clear owners, deadlines, and updates. CEO receives visibility without micromanagement. COO’s tactical workload reduced by 50–70%. Team communication is structured and proactive.
