Keep stakeholders updated through out the project life cycle.**General **Responsibilities**:- Serves as a development thought leader, creating innovative solutions and sharing best practices with others- Proactively identify process improvement ideas.**Project Manager Responsibilities**:- Manage instructional design projects.- Develop dashboards, reports, and tools to communicate status and at-risk items.- Identify, assess and help manage risks to the success of the project.- Ensure that realistic project plans are prepared and maintained and provide regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate.- Manage the change control procedure and ensures that project deliverables are completed within planned timescale and are signed off.**Instructional Designer Responsibilities**:- Collaborate effectively with L&D team members to identify skill gaps and design engaging course materials and job aids.- Perform regular review and analyze customer, industry, and SME feedback in order to deliver constant improvement in the quality of courseware and the learner’s experience- Create and manage timelines for new training development- Analyze courseware feedback metrics to ensure quality benchmarks are met and implement corrective action as necessary- Consult with cross-functional leadership and Enablement team members to create engaging, action-oriented, measurable training for audiences- Architect the information hierarchy, flow, and tone of both the high level experience and individual learning components. Curate and/or create the content associated with the agreed upon learning solutions. Map content and activities to support learning outcomes. Write compelling, effective copy aligned to the learning modality.- Optimize the use of learning technologies that create efficiencies that help us scale (i.e. learning experience platforms).- Stay updated on the latest learning theory and best practices, integrating them into workflows and processes- Conducts needs assessment and create a multi-method (micro learning, online, ILT) training program.- Embed data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights.**Analyst Responsibilities**:- Support existing KPI's and develop new KPI's to assist in providing objective metrics at multiple levels of detail to monitor L&D training efforts.- Investigate and identify opportunities for new KPI's, tools and/or processes by leveraging trend analysis and industry best practices.- Optimize data collection, refine the analysis process, identify trends and make appropriate propo
