ERP Instructional Designer/training Developer

This position will assist with the development of high-quality training material that align with the Finance workstream of Vertiv’s OCM and Performance Support strategy.**Main Duties**:- Develop learning objectives to include audience, behavior, conditions, and standards- Build assessments as needed to support learning objectives- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations- Maintain training content integrity, update existing course material- Adhere to deadlines, project commitments and deliverables- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables- Plan and schedule project timelines- Identify and manage project dependencies- Participate in review cycles with Business Track Leads and Subject Matter Experts- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project**Knowledge & Skill Requirements**:- Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Spanish- Organized and self-motivated- Adaptability to new systems and concepts- Ability to analyze, communicate, and shift priorities to manage business needs- Naturally creative and imaginative, strong problem-solving ability- Demonstrate the ability to breakdown and deliver a complex message to a variety of audiences- Strong interviewing techniques- Finance knowledge preferred, Vertiv Finance knowledge a plus- Learning Management System experience, a plus**Education & Experience**:- Minimum 1-year experience in curriculum development and training delivery or relevant work experience in Finance using the following Vertiv systems: ERP/PLM/CPQ/MS Dynamics, Oracle/PeopleSoft/SAP- Development Tools: Microsoft Office, Articulate Rise, Opus, UPK, WalkMe, a plus**Competencies: (output)**- Develop course materials that contain audience appropriate content and structure- Independently define problems and evaluate the alternatives- Effectively communicate with team members and project stakeholders to complete projects on time and within scope- Demonstrate the ability to breakdown and deliver a complex message to a variety of audience**Working Conditions/Other**:This position is in Monterrey, Mexico.**Reporting Relationships**:Directly reports to Manager of Training and OCM
