What you will do- Monitor Tableau Server infrastructure and resource utilization (processor, memory, disk) or Tableau Bridge pool availability and activity;- Develop and maintain scripts for automation and monitoring tasks;- Analyze performance metrics and create dashboards to visualize data health;- Monitor client software installation including versions and database drivers, including Tableau Desktop, Tableau Reader, Tableau Prep and Tableau Bridge;- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to troubleshoot and resolve data extract issues;- Implement best practices for production monitoring, including alerting and incident management;- Conduct root cause analysis on production incidents and develop solutions to prevent recurrence;- Document processes, workflows, and troubleshooting guides for internal use.Must haves- Minimum **3 years** of experience in the role;- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field;- Proven experience with **Tableau CMT**, **Tableau Desktop**, **Tableau Server**, and **Golang**;- Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices;- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality and performance;- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated team player.
