Your role involves advanced stakeholder management, mentoring junior product owners, and contributing significantly to the product strategy and vision.What you will do- Oversee the strategic development and lifecycle of one or more products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Lead and mentor junior product owners and team members in Agile and product management best practices.- Drive product vision and roadmap, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- Make critical decisions regarding product direction, features, and priorities.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet market demands, usability standards, and financial goals.- Evaluate product performance and user feedback, using insights to iterate and enhance product offerings.What we are looking for- 5+ years of experience in product management with a track record of successful product delivery.- Advanced knowledge of Agile practices and ability to mentor others in Agile methodologies.- Extensive experience in stakeholder management and negotiating product features.- Strong analytical skills for market analysis, user feedback, and product performance.- Demonstrated leadership in guiding product strategy and vision.- Experience in managing complex products and addressing customer needs effectively.- Advanced level of English.How we do make your work (and your life) easier:- 100% remote work (from anywhere).- Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred- Hardware and software setup for you to work from home.- Flexible hours: create your own schedule.- Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays.- Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent.- Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.Join a global team where your unique talents can truly thrive
