Together, let’s create the extraordinaryJob SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Cost Accountant located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Controller, the Cost Accountant role involves responsibilities for preparing and maintaining accounting records, and analyzing and interpreting accounting records in order to give advice or prepare statements.What a typical day looks like:- Financial Statement Analysis- Policy & P&L Preparation- Reconcile trial balance accounts within individual's responsibility.- Adhere to Direct Material Standard Cost, Capitalization or Direct Labor and Manufacture Overhead in Inventory, Monthly Purchase Price Variance, Cycle Counting, and Inventory transfer policy.- Develop forecast for areas within responsibility interfacing with individuals outside of cost accounting.- Ensure budget, schedules and performance requirements are met.- Lead financial periodic closing, analysis and reporting.- Compile monthly rolling year forecast.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.- Experience in similar position.- Advanced English (verbal and written).- Skills: Excel Intermediate - Advanced.- Experience in accounting and financial areas.- Experience in balance sheets, income statements and forward budgeting (Forecast).What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.SC69Job CategoryFinance**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:At Flex, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and know there is much more to a great employee than just a list of requirements - if you are excited about a role (but don’t meet every bullet-point), we encourage you to apply.
