Plant Manager

**Introduction**:We are looking for a Plant Manager, responsible for operating and manufacturing processes wire and screening media for Metso based on extensive product and process knowledge, including on-site process efficiency throughout the plant. In this position. You will report to the Plant Manger- Start Up.This position is mainly located in Irapuato, Guanajuato MX.**Team you belong to**:You will be joining a global Management Team committed to providing solutions, implementing projects, guidance and assistance to sales and marketing personnel; acting effectively as a process engineering liaison between the project design engineering group and the sales/marketing group.**What you’ll do**:- Manages time, skills and resources: Produce maximum volume of work and reduction of errors.- Keeps others appropriately informed: Written and oral communications are organized, clear, concise and accurate. Demonstrates dependability and punctuality and observes safety regulations and exhibits commitment to safety.**Who you are**:- Excellent communication skills required combined with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.- Travel (up to 20%) may be required as needed, including both domestic and international to corporate offices, sister facilities, vendor shops, and jobsites.- Strong drive and performance orientation skills required.
