**World renowned Cellular Performance Institute looking for Bilingual Receptionist**The Cellular Performance Institute, located in Playas de Tijuana, is looking for Bilingual Receptionists to ensure the quality of the "first contact" with our patients, being an extension of the image, and provide attention to internal and external personnel in their information requirements.We are considered by many to be the world's premiere facility for stem cell treatments and manufacturing. Our weekly stream of clientele include professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, MLB and more.**Responsibilities**:- Greet and direct patients and visitors to the appropriate department.- Ensure all patients enrolled in the ERP System.- Ensure all medical passes are expedited as per parameters.- Ensure a proper usage of the petty cash disbursements.- Ensure the gift shop has updated prices and enough inventory.**Requirements**:- Written/ verbal English- Technical/ professional degree (desirable)- Customer service attitude and experience- Microsoft Office and G-Suite proficiency**Benefits**:- All benefits by Law- IMSS- INFONAVIT- FONACOT- Punctuality bonus- Attendance bonus- Seniority bonus- Grocery vouchers- Free emotional support sessions- Medical Consultations- Free laboratory studies, radiology and imaging.**Schedule**:- Monday and Friday 7AM-4PMTuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8am - 4pmSaturday 8am - 2pm**Salary**:- $17,641.20 MXN monthly before taxes**ABOUT US**Pay: From $17,641.20 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you live in Tijuana?- Does your availability align with the schedule outlined in the job description?**Experience**:- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- fluent English (preferred)Work Location: In person
