Focused on flexibility and ease, it helps users save time, stay organized, and build stronger client relationships.**What You'll Do**As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll lead the development and execution of a fully integrated marketing strategy across multiple digital channels. Success in this role means driving brand visibility, engagement, and conversions through targeted campaigns, optimized content, and data-informed decisions. You'll manage omnichannel strategies, craft engaging content, run paid ads, and continuously refine efforts based on performance data. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:**Omnichannel Marketing Strategy**(40% of Role Allocation)- Manage a weekly content calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring platform-optimized, SEO-friendly content with a consistent brand voice.- Use performance data from SEO, ads, and social platforms to refine strategy, improve engagement, and increase conversions.- Deliver monthly reports with actionable insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously optimize digital efforts.**Content Creation & Social Media Management**(30% of Role Allocation)- Create engaging content, including graphics, carousels, infographics, and short-form videos using tools like Canva.- Monitor and engage with audiences across social media channels.**Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing** (20% of Role Allocation)- Manage and optimize Google and Meta Ads to maximize ROI.- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting to lower CPA and improve ROAS.- Regularly analyze ad performance and adjust strategies accordingly.**Website Optimization & Ad-Hoc Marketing Tasks**(10% of Role Allocation)- Conduct monthly SEO audits and update site content to improve search rankings and user experience.- Optimize on-page elements and metadata, implement backlink strategies, and refresh blog content to align with digital goals.**What You Should Have****Must-haves**:- At least seven years of professional experience in digital marketing with a focus on strategy, social media management, SEO, content creation, and marketing funnels.- Minimum two years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or software sales and marketing.- At least one year of experience working remotely with a company based in North America, Europe, Australia, or the UAE.- Proven ability to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads, focusing on campaign performance and ROI.- Expertise in lead generation and automation using Go High Level or similar tools.- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization.- Solid experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms for content and site updates.- Proficiency in managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for business.- Excellent copywriting skills with a track record of writing high-converting marketing copy.- Hands-on experience with Canva and basic video editing for short-form content.- Familiarity with using AI tools like ChatGPT for content support.- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing data and adjusting strategies accordingly.- **Technology Specifications**:- Minimum 50 Mbps Internet Speed- Windows 11 or macOS 15 Sequoia- Minimum Intel i5 8th gen with 8GB of RAM or Apple M1 chip with 8GB of RAM- Webcam and Headset- Designated Office Space in your home**Nice-to-haves**:- Prior marketing experience in the wedding or floral industry.- Graphic design skills beyond basic Canva use.**Who You Are**We're looking for someone who:- Brings creativity and strategic thinking to every campaign and project.- Is proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable leading initiatives independently.- Has excellent communication skills and can present ideas clearly to cross-functional teams.- Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once.- Makes decisions based on data and continuously seeks ways to improve performance.Pay: $200.00 - $255.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekApplication Question(s):- Have you worked in a SaaS (Software as a Service) company before?
