As a collaborative partner, we strive to deliver the right solutions at the right time and at the right cost to solve tough business challenges.Now we are looking for this position:**R&D Systems Coordinator****Main Purpose**This role will manage the MBS hub of the Specification Data & Systems Administration (SDSA) function within the Legacy Data & Digital Solutions team and have responsibility for the individuals who partner with IT to administer, test, troubleshoot, enhance, and consult with, and train end users in the Beverage and Foods categories as well as TDC to create specifications—the product of R&D.**Responsibilities**:- Build and foster strategic relationships with other Specification Team Leads for data collection, signoffs, and spec completion- Participate in required GBS governance meetings and provide reports on KPIs and SLAs as needed- Elevate appropriately within the function to validate data/specs when needed- Ensure all technical documentation is approved and captured into the appropriate document management system- Ensure all requests are processed, documented, and delivered within defined SLAs- Assign the appropriate spec writer resources for each project in alignment with function prioritization- Identify potential areas for process improvements and employee upskilling to make recommendations to R&D GBS Leadership for continuous capability development- Actively create and participate in opportunities to co-create solutions across marketsQualifications:- Minimum 3 years of prior work experience in the Food or Consumer Goods Industry- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a leader is required.- Being Fluent in English is a must- Preference for prior experience working in or with Research & Development, Operations, Quality Assurance- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite- Advanced data analysis skillset to guide strategic decisions and/or continuous process improvement- Exceptional data organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy- Experience in technology system conversion/implementation execution preferred- Demonstrated experience leading & motivating teams- Strong communication skills, written and verbal**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
