This critical management position reports to the Residential PM VPFrom establishing and driving goals and KPIs, to implementing revenue-generating programs, to hiring, training, and if need be terminating members of our Leasing team, to handling the highest escalations of customer service, the LD is accountable for the performance of the Leasing Team.Some of the Goals & KPIs of this position include:- Leasing-related revenue metrics- Team member satisfaction scores (eNPS)- Tenant satisfaction scores (NPS)- Overall vacancy rate- etc**YOU**:Being the Leasing Director at EquityTeam is a wonderfully rewarding, fast-paced career, but it's NOT for everyone. Prefer skills with various PM industry software like PropertyWare, etc.- Intermediate to advanced understanding of Fair Housing Laws.- Experience successfully delegating to and overseeing a team- Self-Aware/Accountable**EXPERIENCE**:- Min. 3 years as a Leasing Team member for a US property mgmt company.
