You will work with our talented multi-national teams and have opportunities to participate in onsites in both the US and Mexico.**The Role**Come join our growing team of Technical Recruiters in Mexico. You will play a pivotal role in helping us find, interview, and hire our first 50 software developers in Mexico City. Partnering up with our engineering leaders, hiring managers, and recruiting counterparts in the U.S., you will help SimplePractice discover and attract talented and passionate engineers and other technical professionals.**Responsibilities**- You will facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interviewers, hiring managers, and company leadership- You will support and encourage employee referrals**Desired Skills & Experience**- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in Mexico City- Local market and industry knowledge with a tract record of successfully filling software developer roles- Using hiring metrics and funnel data to guide hiring decisions and personal success- Consultative and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization- Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior leadership- Experience hiring in an organization focused on cultivating a diverse workforce**Monthly Compensation Range**MXN $40,000 - $60,000 per monthBase salary is one component of total compensation.The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
