If you are looking to make a mark as we expand in Mexico, build an exciting hotel with so much to offer, and collaborate with some of the brightest and most talented professionals in luxury lifestyle and hospitality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Oversee the full, high-level operation of all hotel food and beverage outlets, ensuring luxury standards, exceptional culinary experiences, profitability, regulatory compliance, and overall guest satisfaction within an all-inclusive environment.- Lead the daily operations of all outlets: restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and support areas.- Ensure full compliance with SLS brand standards and luxury service guidelines.- Oversee setups, service flow, timing, and presentation of food and beverage offerings.- Guarantee premium, high-quality culinary experiences aligned with the property’s luxury concept.- Manage guest feedback, complaints, and surveys, implementing prompt corrective actions.- Monitor uniformity, service excellence, and hospitality standards across all F&B teams.- Develop and manage the annual departmental budget.- Oversee cost controls, inventory management, purchasing, and waste reduction.- Track key performance indicators: cost per guest, average check, inventory turnover, and labor productivity.- Recruit, train, and motivate culinary, bar, sommelier, and service teams.- Implement development plans, ongoing training, and performance evaluations.- Foster a professional, ethical, and growth-oriented work environment.- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal standards, including NOM, COFEPRIS, and Distintivo H.- Oversee food handling, hygiene, sanitation, storage practices, and safety protocols.- Lead internal and external audits.- Collaborate with Executive Chefs and mixologists to develop innovative menus.- Create strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and optimize costs within the all-inclusive model.- Coordinate special events, culinary experiences, and SLS signature offerings.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Tourism, or a related field.- Specialized training in Food & Beverage Management preferred.- 5-7 years of leadership experience in luxury hotels (all-inclusive experience strongly preferred).- Proven experience managing high-volume operations (300+ rooms).- Experience leading large, multicultural teams.**Additional Information**- The opportunity to join an innovative, fast-growing international group, committed not only to building new hotels but also to creating a global brand.- The chance to challenge the norm and work in an environment that is both creative and rewarding.- Becoming part of a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences and exploring new locations with every opportunity.- A competitive package and plenty of opportunities for growth and development.
