**Position Summary and Purpose**:The **HR Coordinator** at Prime Providers will specialize in providing a positive and structured onboarding experience for new hires, supporting the offboarding process, managing credentialing and compliance, and handling employee verifications. This role is crucial to ensuring that every new team member feels welcomed, supported, and well-prepared to join our mission. The HR Coordinator will also manage essential employee record-keeping functions to ensure compliance and accuracy.**Essential Functions**:- **Onboarding Support**:- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, setting up background checks, gathering all necessary employment documents, and managing the flow of communication between new hires and the HR team.- Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience by organizing new hire orientation, assigning required training, and collaborating with department heads to make sure all necessary equipment, systems access, and tools are ready before the employee’s first day.- Follow up with new hires during their initial weeks to ensure they feel supported, answer questions, and address any issues that may arise.- **Credentialing & Compliance**:- Manage the credentialing process for all employees, ensuring that required certifications, licenses, and background checks are up-to-date and documented in the system.- Maintain accurate records of compliance requirements for each role, ensuring that Prime Providers meets all regulatory standards and guidelines.- Monitor expirations of credentials and proactively communicate renewal timelines with employees to avoid any gaps in compliance.- **Offboarding Process**:- Facilitate the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring that exit interviews are conducted, equipment is returned, and system access is removed promptly.- Collaborate with Payroll and IT to ensure final paychecks, vacation payouts, and benefits administration are processed in accordance with company policies and state regulations.- Handle sensitive situations during employee exits with compassion and professionalism, ensuring a respectful and smooth transition for departing employees.- **Employee Verifications & Record Keeping**:- Respond to employment verification requests and inquiries from external agencies or organizations in a timely and professional manner, ensuring the accuracy of information provided.- Maintain meticulous and organized employee records in both digital and physical formats, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and stored securely.- Assist with audits and data requests related to employee documentation, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.- **Employee Support & Engagement**:- Act as a first point of contact for employees with questions related to their onboarding, credentials, or employment records.- Provide prompt and empathetic support to employees seeking information or clarification about HR processes, ensuring a positive experience for all.- Foster an open line of communication with employees during both their entry into the company and their departure, ensuring feedback is gathered to improve processes and employee experience.**Required Skills and Abilities**:**Organized & Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to detail, particularly in handling sensitive employee records, compliance matters, and critical onboarding/offboarding processes.**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex HR processes to new hires and existing employees.**Empathy & Confidentiality**: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and approach sensitive conversations with care and compassion**Problem Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage onboarding and offboarding challenges while remaining calm and professional.Pay: $25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
