We are aggressively expanding our presence in the Mexican market and seeking a passionate Channel Sales Leader to join our team**The Opportunity**:We are looking for an experienced and results-driven **Channel Sales Manager/Director** to take full ownership of **channel development, sales, and management** for Freebloom Cosmetics products across Mexico. Your core mission is to **build, develop, and maintain a robust distribution network** (including distributors, wholesalers, retailers, key accounts) to successfully **place our products in cities nationwide**, significantly increasing brand penetration and sales performance.**Key Responsibilities**:1. **Channel Strategy & Development**:- Develop and execute channel sales strategies and Go-to-Market plans for the Mexican market.- Proactively **identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard** new, high-quality channel partners (distributors, wholesalers, regional chains, key retailers, e-commerce platforms).- Deepen relationships with existing channels, unlock growth potential, and ensure a healthy, diversified partner ecosystem.2. **Sales Target & Performance Management**:- Be accountable for achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets (revenue, market share, distribution coverage) for Mexico.- Develop sales forecasts, monitor sales KPIs, analyze market trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.- Manage channel inventory levels, pricing structures, and promotional execution.3. **Partner Relationship Management**:- Build and maintain **strong, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships** with all levels of channel partners, especially core distributors and key accounts.- Provide partners with necessary product knowledge, sales training, marketing support, and tools.- Effectively resolve partner issues and conflicts to ensure high satisfaction.4. **Market Coverage & Execution**:- Develop and drive **nationwide product distribution and listing plans** to ensure broad visibility and availability of Freebloom products at targeted retail points of sale.- Monitor partner execution to ensure adherence to brand standards, merchandising guidelines, and promotional activities at the point of sale.5. **Cross-functional Collaboration & Market Intelligence**:- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to align channel strategies with overall company objectives.- Gather, analyze, and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform decision-making.**Qualifications**:- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.- **Experience**:- **Channel Sales Manager**: Minimum 5 years of **channel sales experience** in the Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG, or related industry, with a proven track record of successfully developing and managing distributor networks.- **Channel Sales Director**: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years **managing national or large regional channel sales teams**. Experience in the Cosmetics industry is highly preferred.- **Essential**: Possess an **established network** of contacts within the Mexican market (distributors, wholesalers, retailers) and demonstrate a **proven track record of opening new channels and achieving sales targets**.- **Skills**:- Exceptional **negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to build trust with partners at all levels.- Strong **business acumen, strategic planning, and analytical abilities**.- **Self-motivated, results-oriented**, and able to work independently under pressure.- Excellent **problem-solving and decision-making skills**.- **Languages**: Fluent in **Spanish** (Native proficiency essential) and **English** (Business proficiency essential).
