Founded in 1908 in Velbert, Germany, we are an independent, family-owned company with around 7,500 employees at locations in Europe, America and Asia and achieved sales of more than EUR 1.2 billion in the financial year 2023.****SAP SuccessFactors Integration Expert****Role Overview**Drive the global integration of SAP SuccessFactors with key HR and business systems, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient data flows. Act as the technical owner of SuccessFactors interfaces, enabling seamless HR operations through smart automation and strong collaboration across teams.**Key Responsibilities**- Lead the global integration of SAP SuccessFactors with surrounding systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Concur, time tracking tools, and international payroll platforms- Design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant integration flows using SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP- Act as the technical product owner for SAP SuccessFactors integrations, including Employee Central, Time Management, and EC Payroll interfaces- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless data exchange and process automation- Define and maintain interface documentation, data mappings, and integration standards- Monitor and optimize integration performance, ensuring data quality and system stability- Support global rollout projects and country-specific localization efforts**Your Profile**- 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, especially in Employee Central and Time Management- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)- Familiarity with global HR processes and integration with payroll providers- Proficient in REST, OData, and SOAP APIs; experience with SFTP and middleware tools- Knowledge with data compliance, security and integrity- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions- Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus**What We Offer**- A key role in shaping global HR technology integration- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge SAP solutions (SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, BTP)- Collaboration with international teams and leading external partners- A dynamic, inclusive, and innovation-driven work environment- Professional growth through global projects and continuous learning- Competitive compensation and benefits package- Flexibility to support work-life balance**Huf celebrates diversity, supports inclusiveness and encourages individual expression in our workplace.
