**ABOUT ETS**The Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) team is accountable for all Infrastructure, Security, IT Operations and all End User Services and technologies. This group will ensure that our IT Services are seamless and secure, and that technology is delivered in an efficient, effective, and agile way, with a strong focus on experience.**ABOUT ETS DELIVERY**The ETS Delivery Team is a global team of over 80 program and project managers working closely with all areas of AstraZeneca, supporting AZ Science from Molecules discovery, to getting life changing Medicines to our Patients. The team delivers key strategic programmes, technology refresh and innovative and game changing digital solutions. Recent examples include delivering all the IT in AstraZeneca’s new Cambridge Headquarters and refreshing the IT network for the largest Americas operational sites.**What You´ll Do..**Senior IT Project/Programme Manager - reporting to the Global Infrastructure and Footprint Portfolio Lead within ETS Delivery. The role will lead a team of Project Managers in the Guadalajara Global Innovation and Technology Centre in the delivery of multiple small, medium, and large projects / programmes across the America’s region and supporting wider global delivery opportunities as required.The Senior IT Project/Programme Manager will maintain a close relationship with the Business Technology groups and ETS senior stakeholders to maintain awareness and visibility of all planned projects and programmes in advance of sanction and approval. Following established project management standards and lead / drive the further development of the project / programme management capabilities within the region.**Typical Accountabilities**- Generic remit to support projects and programmes for ETS Cloud and Infrastructure and BTG customers within the America’s region (typically LATAM, US and Canada).- Opportunity for cross portfolio working and project assignment - Provide resourcing and skillset flexibility to support other Portfolio Teams within ETS Delivery including Workplace and Cyber Security and Strategic Projects.- Support the delivery of complex regional footprint programmes for Mergers and Acquisitions, office relocations and uplifts, R&D centers, Commercial and Manufacturing facilities.- Oversee and approve plans for programmes, including activities, resources, costs, roles, responsibilities, and quality as defined.- Manage and coordinate interdependencies between programme workstreams (intra-program and across portfolio)- Oversee the development of strategic risk analysis and control plans acting as escalation point for all programme-level risks and issues.- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure the effective capturing of business requirements and commitment to project/program objectives. Responsible for steering / stakeholder meetings, communication of status, issues and risks.- Build a cohesive project /programme team and provide the leadership necessary to maximize the team’s success.- Oversee changes to programme scope, ensuring that all impacts and changes are approved and appropriately communicated to senior stakeholders and review boards.- Ensure service transition plans including controlled hand-over into support and maintenance are performed.- Provide support and mentorship for IT Project Managers and Associate IT Project Managers by sharing your skills, experience, and ways of working to help other members of the team develop and progress in their experience and awareness.- Manage project / programme budgets, forecasts, tasks, schedules, risks, change management, and status to support effective decisions and project reporting to stakeholders and review boards.- Provide support to the other ETS Delivery Portfolio Leads - providing cover during absence and executing tasks and activities to support the ETS Delivery Leadership Team- Ensure the project team adheres to all standards including ADF, SAFe, quality, and compliance, as well as processes, defined technical capabilities, and best practices.- Support senior colleagues in the continued development of the project management capabilities and ensure that best practice is adopted and reinforced.**Essential for the role...**- Technical or business degree or relevant proven experience- 5+ Years in a project delivery/programme delivery role.- 7+ Years experience in an Information Services/Information Technology environment with good business acumen- Experience working in a global organisation where stakeholders and project team members are geographically dispersed.- Multimillion $ portfolioMultimillion- Comunicación excelente con los stakeholders meeting with senior leadership team- Project & Programme Management skills- Expert with project management and delivery methodologies and standards- Excellent business acumen with sensitivity to environment- Excellent leadership skills interacting with senior leaders-
