IT Project Manager -*****QRH**Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages**: English**Preferred Qualifications**The IT Project Manager will report to the Director, Fusion Migration to OPC PMO, and will be responsible for driving multiple projects or initiatives at the same time to successful completion.**Responsibilities**:All Fusion Migration to OPC PMO project managers must be capable to perform any of these roles on a project: Scrum Master, project manager, or test manager.Experienced project managers will be considered for the role of program manager or SAFe Release Train Engineer.Every IT Project Manager may perform the same or different roles on several projects or initiatives at the same time.- Prioritize value delivery to the customer- Coordinate and Drive cross-functional activities across OAL teams, functions, groups, or organizations or LOBs- Consistently guide teams to the desired outcome even when faced with setbacks- Take a hands-on approach to keep all projects or initiatives on schedule- Ensure projects or initiatives execute to schedule, scope, and budget constraintsPlanning, Tracking, and Reporting:- Create, optimize, and drive plans using the industry-leading practices such as SAFe PI Planning and Iteration Planning and Agile Scrum and Kanban- Effectively adapt and modify plans based on changing conditions or retrospectives- Track team and program progress using JIRA, Confluence, and other available tools- Explore other industry-leading or emerging tooling options- Communicate progress regularly to all stakeholders including GPOs and executivesRisk Management and Problem Solving:- Identify risks and issues that need mitigation or resolution, lead the decision-making process with stakeholders, and communicate outcomes clearly and in actionable form- Work with development owners to assess risk mitigation and issue resolution trade-offs between short and long-term and balance the needs across all stakeholders- Ensure efficiency, quality, and shared vision by getting the right people involved in decisions- Create a collaborative environment where people are encouraged to share information, constructively debate, and communicate freely- Assess project team plans and make tough calls when requiredCommunication and Coordination:- Collaborate with key business partners in the lines of business, business operations, product development, IT operation, and delivery teams to ensure success of the projects- Align project teams with business objectives and understand the inter-dependencies across cross-functional teams- Frame communication and discussions for the intended audience, with appropriate context and line of sight- Create and deliver effective and persuasive presentations appropriate for Director and Vice President-level audiences**Required Experience/Skills**:- 3-5 years of overall technology (product or IT) implementation experience with a minimum of 2 years as a scrum master, project manager, or development lead- SAFe RTE, PO/PM, SM, Developer, or implementation experience is ideal- Experience with sales automation, order management, ERP or SCM processes is a plus.- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills- Proven ability to thrive in fast changing, dynamic environment while coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously- Proven success having consistently delivered complex, global, cross-functional, technology projects for large technology companies- Firm grasp and experience in Waterfall and Scrum methodologies- Effective presenter, negotiator, and collaborator- Tolerant of a range of project types, from vague to well-defined, simple to complex, implementation to innovation- Experience with working in a global project team and working independently with limited day-to-day management supervision- Ability to influence and lead team members and others regardless of organizational structure or hierarchy- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills- Have a learning mindset with willingness to try new approaches, innovate, and improve- Project management experience with Cloud projects preferred**Tools**:- Microsoft Office (MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)- Atlassian JIRA, Confluence or other Agile project management tools**Education, certification, & training experience**:- BS/BA degree required; MS/MIS or MBA is a plus.- PMI PMP, SAFe, CSM, or similar certification/training is a plus.**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery.Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and the like.Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project specifications, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments.Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation
