Accelerate YOU at Brillio- **Role: SaaS Support Engineer**:- ** Employment Type: Permanent**:- ** Location: MX Location / Remote**- **The Opportunity**:- We seek an IT Support Engineer passionate about delivering outstanding technical support and providing a fantastic customer experience.- **- Communication with our users and staff to understand, identify, document, and resolve problems.- Resolve problems promptly or escalate on behalf of users to IT leads or managers.- Be well-organized and highly efficient when managing your work.- Be a documentation champion, crafting and refining processes as the organization scales.- **To succeed, this role’s responsibilities would involve the following**:- 3+ years of providing hands-on and remote IT Support, including wireless network troubleshooting, audio, and video conferencing, remote collaboration tools, and printer support.- Strong customer service skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.- 3+ years supporting, working with, and managing the following SaaS Applications: Google Workspace, BetterCloud, JIRA, Okta, Zoom, Office 365, and Slack, Box, Asana, MS Teams, G Suite, Lucid Chart.- In-depth knowledge supporting Windows & Mac Operating Systems Come As You Are.- macOS platform- FileVault, Keychain, Apple Mobile Device Management (MDM) + DEP, and overall system management.- Familiarity with Atlassian products and other ticketing platforms.- Understanding of standard IT processes such as asset management, employee lifecycle, etc.**Secondary Skills**:- Good to have skills:- Experience with Jamf Pro, Intune, and other MDM platforms.**Specialization**:**Job requirements**:- Digital Infrastructure - Google workspace, MacOS, JiraAccelerate YOU at Brillio: Brillio Careers and Job OpportunitiesEqual Employment Opportunity DeclarationEOE/Minority/Female/Veteran/Disabled/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/National OriginKnow what it’s like to work and grow at Brillio: Click here
