You’ll lead a group of field technicians and oversee in-house maintenance, renovation execution, and vendor coordination in one of our fastest‑growing regions. Position Overview What You’ll Do Build and Lead a Top‑Tier Property Services Team Lead and develop a team of field techs, vendor partners, and coordinators across multiple markets. Run weekly L10s to ensure alignment, accountability, and issue‑solving. Conduct regular 1:1s, giving clear coaching, feedback, and direction. Drive Operational Excellence Own and improve key performance indicators (KPIs): 95% Tech Realization (38+ billed hours/week) Avg. WO lifespan ≤ 10 days 7.6+ billed hours per tech/day Renovation margin Identify inefficiencies, implement SOPs, and continuously optimize how your region operates. Be the Connector Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Renovations, Resident Services, and Owner Communication teams to ensure seamless execution. Solve communication breakdowns and build durable systems that scale. Lead with Initiative You don’t wait to be told what’s broken—you find it, fix it, and improve the system.
