Located in our Santa Fe office, you will be a team member of the Aftermarket Pricing Team, reporting to the Manager, Pricing Operations, Data and Metrics. The Pricing Analyst position will be responsible for assignments in the Industrial and Automotive Aftermarket in the United States. In this role, employee will work cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to meet profitability goals through development and execution of product pricing and profit strategies for assigned end markets and customers. This role will also be responsible for completing strategic pricing and data analytics that are highly visible within the organization.**Key responsibilities**:- Record, track and audit special pricing agreements- Impact and profitability analysis for special pricing agreements- Strategic pricing and data analysis- Support additional pricing inquiries and tasks as needed**ABOUT YOU**- University degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting- 1 - 3 years' experience in the areas of Financial Analysis, Pricing, Business Analysis, Finance, Accounting, Accounts Receivable or Billing- Proficient in English (read, write, speak). Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, within a multi-cultural settings- Organized, ability to juggle multiple priorities and flexible to accommodate changing business needs and fixed deadlines.- Aptitude for critical analysis and creative problem solving- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building collaborative relationships. Team player who is proactively able to step in to support other team members as needed.- Self-motivated, capable of seeking quality solutions and continuously focusing on process improvements, while keeping the needs of the business in the forefront.- Intermediate to Advanced computer and PC skills including Microsoft Excel.**WHY GATES?**Founded in 1911 in Denver, Colorado, Gates is publicly traded on the NYSE.
