And he or she will also manage project timelines and resources and ensure the successful execution of digital initiatives involving technologies like AI, machine learning, and digital transformation strategies. This role involves coordinating teams, optimizing processes, and aligning project outcomes with business goals.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Leading and driving the digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing setting. This involves adopting digital technologies like IoT (Internet of Things), AI (Artificial Intelligence), ML (Machine Learning), and robotics in the factory setting.- Overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of digital factory projects.- Drive regular sessions with business factory leadership to set priorities and align business objectives and Digital strategic plans.- Collaborating with various departments such as digital, operations, engineering, and supply chain to ensure the digital solutions are aligned with the overall business strategy and operational needs.- Leading change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.- Continuously seeking ways to improve manufacturing processes and operational efficiency through digital solutions.- Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from factory floor workers to executive leadership, ensuring there is clear understanding and support for digital initiatives.- Responsible for managing the DT local budget OPEX / CAPEX planning as per the plant requirements while ensuring the appropriate tracking and execution to meet the annual goals.
