Si buscas crecer, hacer impacto y trabajar con personas que se preocupan, te queremos Sobre el rol Como Tech Lead Full Stack Engineer, moldearás la dirección técnica de una plataforma de consumidor, asegurando que escale de forma fiable mientras la comunidad crece. Qué harás Arquitectura y desarrollo de características robustas y escalables en front-end y back-end. Trabajar profundamente en una aplicación web existente, mejorando módulos centrales e integrando una base de datos grafos. Implementar gestión de estado con Redux y diseñar componentes React con alta performance. Gestionar un pequeño equipo de desarrolladores, dividir tareas y asignarlas. Revisar código y colaborar estrechamente con producto, diseño e ingeniería. Mantener altos estándares de documentación, testing y revisiones de código. Arquitecturar soluciones que manejen alto throughput y baja latencia. Lead initiatives to reduce manual operations and improve system reliability. Requisitos 7+ años de desarrollo full-stack. 3+ años de liderazgo o gestión de equipo. Track record of mentoring engineers and driving technical initiatives. Experience with graph databases (Neptune with Gremlin preferred). Experience with web and mobile apps (HTML/CSS, React, React Native, TypeScript, Tailwind, Redux, Node.js, Next.js). Proficiency with Git. Ability to navigate and improve large production-scale codebases. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Track record delivering high throughput and low latency solutions. Upper-intermediate English. Nice to have Familiarity with cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines. Optimizing large-scale frontends for performance and accessibility. Experience with AI frameworks or SDKs. Start-up mindset and comfort tackling new challenges.
