We foster a culture in which every associate feels welcomed and respected, where leaders and creatives are inspired to shape the world of tomorrow by taking bold action today.**JOB MISSION**:**MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES**:Planning/Reporting:- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to inform business strategies.- Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Financial Risk Reduction:- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.- Proactively monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, treasury and financial risks.- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) financial, and inventory metrics/ targets.Business Partnering:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and growth.**REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.- 5-7 years of experience in finance management or a related role.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.- Excellent knowledge of financial software and Microsoft Excel.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in Mexico.- Fluency in Spanish and English.- Ability to do some travel to the US.**Flexible Work Schedule**For decades we have fostered a unique culture founded on our values with a particular focus on in-person teamwork and collaboration.
