In NielsenIQ's Consumer Insights team, you will work with industry’s leading marketers and see your work come to life. The End to End Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of field activities for quantitative, qualitative, and Shopper research projects, to ensure that projects are completed within established budgets, parameters and schedule, making sure we deliver & exceed expectations and delight clients. This role works with internal clients to assess the feasibility of operational design and timeline for projects. As the primary contact and resource for research teams, this role manages the end-to-end schedule and data collection process, including vendor management.**Responsibilities**- Bidding, Quoting and Proposals- Assists in processing and creation of quotes and bids for internal and external clients by assisting in the gathering of information required to create a bid, quote or proposal- Project Design- Consults with internal clients on the feasibility of operational design and timeline for projects- Reviews of all required project materials, including Sample, Screeners, Briefing information, Quotas, Lists, etc.- Project Management- Partners with internal clients to ensure mutual understanding of data collection process and facilitate rapid response to project changes and issues- Oversees the data collection process to ensure timely completion and profitability of the overall project- Develops and maintains quality and productivity standards for all projects- Provides status information and feedback to internal and external stakeholders on an ongoing basis to ensure timely provision of deliverables- Manages project activities from end to end to ensure that projects are completed within established budgets, parameters and schedule- Works with external vendors and internal partners to facilitate the delivery of project requirements- Actively troubleshoots project fielding issues, identify and implement solutions- Ongoing review of vendor performance**Requisitos**:- Bachelor degree in Marketing, management or other business disciplines- 4 years experience in CPG industry or other with primary focus on project management ans execution- 2 years experience in people management and leadership- Agility and problem solving- Forecasting / projecting- Outside of the box thinking- Exceptional communication skills- Multi tasking projects- Change management documentation and comunicationInformación adicional- Comprehensive compensation package- Peer to peer recognition program- Comprehensive health insurance- Flexible work environment- Hybrid work model- Career development tailored to NielsenIQ roles- Access to on-demand learning content and NIQ social communitiesREF18031P**Our Benefits**- Flexible working environment- Health insurance- Parental leave- Life assurance**About NielsenIQ**NielsenIQ is a global measurement and data analytics company providing the most complete and trusted view of consumers and markets in 90 countries covering 90% of the world’s population.
