In your new role you will: 1- . Plans, organizes, and controls the project/ sub-projects with minorcomplexity (up to project classification class D), risk, impact andreach,,,, a- . Manages a medium sized project team with members from multifunctional groups,,,, b- . Manages and controls the entire project life-cycle and ensureshand-over to sustaining function,,,, c- . Organizes the activities and resources needed for the project toensure timely release of each milestone ,,,, 2- . Is fully responsible for all operational decisions in the project andfor the successful achievement of all project targets (time, quality,cost and budget),,,, 3- . Key communication interface (for project related matters),representing Back End to other Infineon Divisions (e.g. Business lines,Central Functions e.g. Finance, PTI, FE Fabs, etc).,,,, 4- . Forms and leads the project team and assigns responsibilities withinproject to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Members,,,, 5- . Uses IFX project management tools to structure projects, controlprogress and for reporting and documentation,,,, 6- . Drives problem solving activities within the project using standardIfx trouble shooting methodologies, eg 8D, 5 Whys, et 7- . Continuously focuses on project quality, assesses progress andensures that goals are met even in the face of challenges,,,, 8- . Identifies and manages changes and adapts project approach ifnecessaryYou are best equipped for this task if you have: M- asters / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology,Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, etc) P- roject Management Professional Certification, preferred A- t least 6 years of relevant working experience T- hereof 2 years of leading global projects H- as solid project management knowledge in terms of project initiation,planning and closing including reporting and documentation G- ood knowledge in semiconductor engineering and operation (preferred) G- ood communication skills G- ood aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation andsolution finding. A- ble to lead team to solve standard problem (using 8D, Is-Is Not,FMEA, etc) M- S Project proficientD**riving decarbonization and digitalization. Together.
