HR SpecialistWe are seeking a committed and talented Human Resources Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing our human resources.What are the main functions?- Calculation, input, and review of payroll incidents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.- Personnel administration, including maintaining employee records, attendance tracking, and record management.- Responsible for the recruitment and selection process, with a focus on hiring highly skilled operators.- Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law to ensure regulatory compliance.What requirements are important for the position?- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.- Advanced EnglishWhat experience do we require you to have?- Previous experience in human resources functions, including payroll, personnel administration, labor relations, and recruitment.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a staff of 50 individuals.What do we offer?- Salary from $25,000 to $30,000 pesos per month- Legal Benefits- Savings fund 6%- Labor Hours from 8am to 5pmWho are we?Top Injection is a company dedicated to the production of auto parts through plastic injection, primarily for the automotive industry.
