As a member of the Channel Data and Insights team, you will be responsible for providing accurate, detailed sales data analysis through extensive data mining, deep analysis, insight gathering, trend identification and be tasked with generating actionable insights for the sales channel.This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role with significant visibility. It requires the ability to work cross-functionally with many different stakeholders and own all aspects of data sourcing and extraction to dashboard development and maintenance. You will be expected to communicate and present your findings to internal stakeholders with a high level of confidence and proficiency. Finally, validation on insights implemented will ensure continuous improvements to promote impactful decisions for the business. Monitoring of these insights to validate the correlation between predicted insights and results will help drive improved performance.**JOB DUTIES:- Perform business intelligence analysis and data exploration to provide insights and performance measurements on key commercial channel sell-through and inventory that guides Sales, Marketing and Demand Planning Strategies.- Identifies trends to mitigate risk and enhance sales channel performance.- Create summary data presentation materials to interpret, capture, and convey key trends and insights to help stakeholders leverage data in decision making.- Effectively communicates analysis process, findings, and insights via oral, written, and visual communication to all levels of management, including VP’s.- Performs basic research on root cause of data issues and anomalies that are uncovered through normal course of analysis.- Supporting with creative solutions to enhance data cleansing process of channel data.- Leveraging ETL tools to populate dashboards to automate common data requirements of the business- Work cross functionally with other departments, such as assisting in data validation with Data Management to ensure accuracy and validity of data- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.**YOU MUST HAVE:- Bachelor's Degree, Business, Analytics, or a related field.- 3+ years of related experience- ETL knowledge of data manipulation, extraction, SQL Joins- Experience using cloud-based data platforms- Ability to develop, implement, and analyze reporting metrics with a proven track record of results- Highly organized, self-starter, able to execute in an ambiguous environment- Superior communication, presentation, and people skills- Knowledge of Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing a plus**WE VALUE:- Significant Sales Support experience- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment- Good interpersonal and presentation skills- Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction- Ability to influence across a broader organization**WHAT'S IN FOR YOU**:- Great work environment and Resideo benefits area above the law.LI-CR1
