Will be able to propose creative solutions to current situations and problematics. Will help the team to grow up the technical skills and will be considered as a point of contact for business and technical aspects**Duties and Responsibilities**- Analytical thinking: Ability to design a solution that will meet the users’ requirements of high complexity and attack possible future requirements.- Creation of complex dashboards in BI tool, with initiative participation and development of improvements- Innovation: Find and propose clever solutions, innovate with new technologies or with the existing ones providing high impact solutions to the business- Participates with business analysts and users to provide the best solution to the customer/user needs. Proposing useful visualizations and solutions.- Have a timely communication to raise blockers, concerns, issues, delays, etc.**Basic Qualifications**- Level of Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree- Area of Study: Systems Engineering or other related fields- Years of Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience.- Type of Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence Tools.Databases: 3 years preferred (Oracle & SQL)Special Certifications: (CPA, Etc.)- BI Tools- Databases management**Certifications Preferred**:Microsoft Power BI, MicroStrategy, Qlik or similar.Language Skills: Written and oral EnglishTechnical Competencies:- Dashboards and reports design and creation- BI tools data modeling and data analysis- Database ETL comprehension and complex query development- Troubleshooting and problems solving- Processes enhancements- Advanced technical knowledgeCompetencies:- Gather requirements and translation from business needs into technical needs.- Decision quality- Planning and effort estimation- Managing and measuring work- Motivating a team- Creativity and development skills- Time management and tasks prioritization- Muli-taskingInformation Systems: (People Soft, etc.)- Power BI, Qlik, MicroStrategy or similar- Oracle, SQL, Snowflake- Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate- Python or Json**We offer**- Base salary 24,197 mxn pesos per month- Major Medical Expense Plan- Life insurance- Saving fund: 10% of your base salary- Christmas bonus averaging 30 days' pay for every year- Grocery & Restaurant vouchers**_*If you are interested, please send your resume in English_****Equal Employment Opportunity**CompuCom is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in all employment practices.
