HR Manager, Mexico

**We're hiring a HR Manager****About this position**The Human Resources Manager will partner with our business leaders for Plexus Mexico in all areas of human resources. The role will be a key trusted business adviser and provide guidance in the areas of leadership, recruitment, employee relations, organization design and effectiveness, talent management, performance management, rewards and recognition, change management, and employee engagement. The Manager will be required to be Bilingual (English/Spanish).**Who will love this job**?**- **A** **talent steward**,** you drive and optimize team performance, engagement, and productivity by empowering and developing everyone within your team.- **An achiever**, you set clear and ambitions goals, and understand how your work impacts the business.- **A trusted advisor, **you inspire confidence in those you interact with through your depth of expertise, rigorous thinking, and sound judgment**What you'll do**- You collaborate with leadership, company departments, to create and drive: effective employee engagement, employee relations, employee retention, career development, and reward and recognition programs to enhance the overall work experience of our employees.- You provide expertise, guidance and coaching to leaders managing highly sensitive and complex employee relations matters, inclusive of performance issues and terminations.- You recommend and create procedures to continually improve and ensure compliance to company policies, practices, and federal, state, and local laws.- You assist in the development, implementation and administration of performance management programs to help achieve company/department objectives and enhance employee development.- You partners closely with other areas in HR on benefits, leave administration, recruiting and other human resources initiatives.- You build and maintain strong internal business partnerships.- You gain an understanding of business knowledge by participating in client meetings and staying up to date on industry best practices.- You create reports and analyze the data accurately to determine trends and effectiveness of various HR initiatives and programs.- You assist the Human Resources Director with additional duties as needed.- We take charge of our personal development and are continuously committed to the professional development of our teams through empowering decisions, coaching and providing development opportunities**You should have**- College Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred- You have 5 years' experience in human resources is required.- You have 8 to 10 years progressively responsible Human Resources experience preferred- You have process improvement and administration experience required.- You're bilingual in Spanish and English required.- You must be able to maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information; Excellent time management and organizational skills.- You have high attention to detail; Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; Strong interpersonal skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills.- You have the ability to collaborate with others and thrive in a team environment while meeting individual goals and expectations; Values relationships and is able to influence others to develop relationships that are reflected in continuously positive experiences.**About Plexus**Plexus Worldwide is a leading direct-sales company founded in Scottsdale, Arizona, where it remains a top employer and economic driver.
