Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Master Scheduler located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Master Scheduler, Master Scheduler role involves working with the materials and planning teams in order to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime.What a typical day looks like:- Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization.- Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management.- Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.- Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime.- Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials.- Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization.- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.- Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues.- Provide training to staff members as required.- Report key metrics as required.- Customer control.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.- Previous experience in similar positions.- Intermediate English.- Demonstrates a general knowledge of functional concepts and a rudimentary understanding of Flex policies and procedures.- Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.- Ability to operate telephones, data entry, office software including, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation packages and data base systems.- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures pr governmental regulations.- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.- Demonstrates operations and technical skills and understanding of Flex’s functional standards is also a plus.- Ability to effectively present information and respond to question from groups of managers and customers is also a plus.- Knowledge in Kinaxis is also a plus.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.AD80Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain
