E80 Group believes in the value of the team as well as in the power of the individual team-members contributions.**Responsabilities**- Monitoring health and safety risks and hazards in the workplace- Ensuring the business is legally compliant with all health and safety legislation (NOMs, OSHA, STPS, etc).- Working with and training all employees to manage, monitor and improve the health and safety standards in the workplace- Being responsible for all safety inspections and audit in the workplace and onsite- Assisting with the creation and management of health and safety monitoring systems and policies in the workplace- Managing emergency procedures (such as fire alarm drills) and organizing emergency teams such as fire marshals and first aiders- Offering general health and safety advice to all employees- Support HR activities related with STPS.**Requirements**:- BA degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field- Knowledge in mexican regulations (NOMs, STPS, Protección civil).- Knowledge in warehouse management and production plant logistics preferred- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team, work directly with the customer and with all levels of personnel is required (English and Spanish)- Travel Internationally: Approximately 50-70% of time**Soft skill**- Communication- Responsibility- LeadershipTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $25,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno matutinoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
