If you’d like to help us change the way the world sees, this is your chance to Be BrilliantThe person in this position will support the Global Supply ChainTeam, providing high-quality services, and operational support for all Alcon Global Demand and Supply Planning process areas and serve as the initial reviewer of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) system escalations submitted by Local Process Owners and Superusers.How You Will Make a Difference- Key responsibilities_- Review and perform initial investigation and problem solutioning of Planning System Incident tickets. Utilize templates and perform ad hoc research to troubleshoot IBP calculations, ECC integrations, and transactional data, identify root causes, and track and communicate issue resolution. First line of escalation for Regional and Local Planning Process Owners.- Coordinate issue management with cross-functional teams (IT / IBP Master Data / ECC GDM / APL) and as required submit, dependent tickets (i.e. IBP / ECC ITSM) and track resolution.- Support Global Process Owners: training material documentation, including FAQs and work instructions, develop and evaluate templates, tools, and KPIs, assist with user trainings and implementation of new planning system functionality.- Participate in cross-functional GSC distribution and market realignment projects, provide impact analysis, planning system requirements and timelines, and coordinate required business cutover activities.- Join regular Business / IT Ways of Working Sessions and other continuous improvement initiatives to identify systemic pain points and develop business process and system basedWhat We Can Offer You- Opportunity to join growing, early-stage organization built within a mature, stable global company- Friendly working environment and a diverse and highly motivated team- Individual career development plan and possible career growth within newly created account- Truly international environment and daily interactions with colleagues and stakeholders from all over the world- Attractive benefits & compensation package- Flexible hours and remote work possibilities (min 3 days per week office-based)Skills For Success- Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements_- Solid understanding of Supply Chain and S&OP processes- 2 years Demand or Supply Planning experience in a large multi-tiered distribution network.- Medical Device or related industry preferred- Proficiency with advanced planning tools, SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / APO preferred- 3 years of experience coordinating cross functional problem investigation and solution development, which may require some ingenuity and innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization precedents and policies.- Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing business environment- Good working skills with MS Office suite; Advance experience in MS Excel and Tableau preferred.KINDLEY SUBMIT RESUME IN ENGLISH
