DESCRIPTIONAs a Sr. Network Design PM you will focus on leading E2E initiatives to design, challenge, and optimize our fulfillment network to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and customer-centric delivery solutions. The Sr. Network Design PM plays a crucial role in designing and evolving the company's fulfillment network strategy to meet growing business demands and customer expectations. This position sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer experience, requiring a strategic mindset to optimize the entire fulfillment ecosystem.The role has constant communication with Senior Functional Leaders to enable strategies that improve performance and schedule cross-functional resource allocation efficiently and effectively. This position demands a person with strong analytical skills, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and a high drive to coordinate teams with differentKey job responsibilities- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance fulfillment network design and performance.- Coordinate multiple stakeholders and teams, seeking the best optimal solution for the MX network, assessing speed, quality and financial trade-offs.- Develop E2E product roadmaps for network design solutions and innovations.- Collaborate with Sr leaders of Operations, Business, and Logistics teams to implement improvements.- Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) for network efficiency.- Create and improve standards for Network Changes, seeking scalable solutions.- Drive continuous improvement in delivery speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.- Communicate to Sr. Leadership the status of key initiatives, and drive problem solving tasks with different teams for emerging issues.A day in the lifeA day in the life of a Sr. Network Design PM might include, but is not limited to:- Review overnight network performance metrics across al the MX network, and lead action plans to solve performance gaps vs target.- Check for any critical escalations or system issues, and coordinate actions plans and responses to Sr. Leadership.- Lead E2E network design initiatives with multiple stakeholders from different geographies.- Discuss ROI projections and implementation timeline for network changes.- Track and solve inquiries from other stakeholders regarding network design, speed, coverage and performance initiatives.About the teamWe are the Fulfillment Experience team Fulfillment Experience (FX) performs a centralized function supporting the MX Operations with data, plans, and required systems set up, taking care of the full flow of a customer order. FX team’s responsibilities scope covers: Network Strategic Design, Network Transportation Planning, Program Management, External Fulfillment (EF) and Reverse Logistics Operations. Our goal is to develop a supply chain network that delivers customer orders in time, at the fastest, lowest cost, and most reliable way.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of program or project management experience- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience- 5+ years of driving process improvements experience- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal (C1+)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 7+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
