Mission the Position To guide the organization to the right path that leads to financial profitability and year to date growth supported with the right strategies, processes, and assets. HR Work on the development and reinforcement of Job profiles Compensation plans Career paths Personal evaluations Training programs Safety culture Corporate Divisions Have interaction on general basis to exchange information, strategies, and plans. Attend regular calls and meetings to review business results and progress. Have regular meetings to report results, plans and major issues of the Company on a frequent basis. External Relations Purpose Customers: Expected to perform regular visits to key customers to be aware of upcoming opportunities and address current issues. Support in major issues coming from the operation, mediate and resolve issues maintaining a good relationship with the customer. Support in Account Receivable issues with customers by having the right decision‑making contacts at higher levels and perform effective negotiations when needed. Government entities: Close contact with key personnel in government entities for brand recognition and growth of contact network in the country. Local organizations: Attend relevant events related to the metal, automotive and forging industries. Participate in round table discussions, local fairs and events that bring more exposure of the company and our local product and service offer. Develop a network of key contacts in top management level with similar companies and private organizations that could bring added value to the company. Specific Functions Responsible for sales revenue, working capital, EBITDA, asset management, forecasts, and plan execution. Drive the implementation of sales and marketing activities that meet company targets for growth and profitability – includes development of new customers, product categories, and business opportunities. Define and execute a strategic development plan for the Company, reflected in the P&L and focused on all areas (operative and administrative). Internal process review and update; detecting lacks and points of improvement by area. Review and adjust the structure according to the company's needs and to the local market. Work with HR to develop personnel and identify talent in the company and outside. Assure that the training needs of technical and non‑technical personnel are met according to plan. Adheres to company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Intervene in strategic projects of the company. Reinforce the company’s presence and support to customers as well as establish close relations with key customers, Government and private organizations that could bring added value to the company. Participation in events related to the industry such as conferences, trade shows, interviews, etc. Reinforce public relations in the industry and gain more contact leads. Lead collaboration between the local organization and the US and International management teams including new business, marketing, branding and strategic topics. Assure business expansion in the country, analyzing market trends and further investments in the country. Perform regular visits to key customers to be aware of upcoming opportunities, address and solve current issues. Conduct one‑on‑one review with all Key Account managers to build more effective communications, understand training and development needs, and provide insight for the improvement of Key account management sales and activity performance. Assure sustainable growth of the organization. Achievement of results: Integration of the different plans from the main areas of the company: Finance, HR, Sales, Service. Properly assign objectives and integrate them in BSC form. Keep track of results on a monthly basis. Decision autonomy: P&L management – manage, depending on investments and local market conditions.
