**eCommerce Bookkeeper (Part Time)**- Independent Contractor - Remote_We are a family of 3 eCommerce brands: Parker Baby Co. - founded in 2015, Redwood Tall Outfitters - founded in 2019, and TallSlim Tees - acquired in 2021. We operate on a semi-remote level with 4 employees in Colorado, one in Texas, one in Kansas and one in Mexico.. Although we may be apart, we work hard to create an inclusive and fun culture for our team of all-stars**The job**We are looking for a virtual bookkeeper to manage and organize the financial accounts and records for our 3 eCommerce brands. This remote position as an independent contractor allows for flexibility in schedule, while still enjoying the culture of a growing business.- Monthly closing of books for all 3 brands (3 separate sets of books), including:Monthly bank reconciliationsMonthly credit card reconciliationsCost of Goods Sold calculation and Inventory reconciliation- Booking and reconciliation of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)- Collaborate with supply chain team to regularly update inventory balances and record receipt of Purchase Orders- Daily and weekly booking of sales, expenses and other transactions in QuickBooks Online- Develop and document streamlined bookkeeping procedures to improve the financial efficiency of the businesses- Generate appropriate financial reports on a monthly basis for management review- 5-10 hours per week**What we’re looking for from you**- Self-starter -- Willing to learn and be challenged- Builder -- Are you interested in building things from the ground up?- Innovator -- Our industry is constantly changing, Can you stay ahead of the curve?- Team Player -- We’re a small team (did we already mention that?). Will you buy in?- Deadline Focused -- It is important for our team to be on the same page, we rely on each other to meet deadlines**Qualifications****Required**- 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience, specifically in eCommerce- Proficient in QuickBooks Online- Ability to establish and meet deadlines, change directions when necessary, and manage multiple projects at once.- Willingness to “wear a lot of hats” and expand responsibilities**Desired**- Familiarity with baby products- Experience with the following SaaS: A2X - Amazon FBA and Shopify, Finale Inventory, ClickUp, Google Suite, Slack**How to apply**Pay: $140.00 - $180.00 per hourAbility to commute/relocate:- Remote - Mexico: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
