(Audit support control) and meeting calls with insurance companies.- Lead deliveries/projects, documentation, and reconciliation review.- Collect from insurers the discrepancies presented.**What you need to have**:- ** Bachelor's degree in accounting.**:- No experience required but interest in the responsabilities of this role.- ** English proficiency**:- ** Advanced Excel****What makes you stand out?**- Good communication and customer services skills both in English and Spanish.- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities.- Adaptability to change and detailed oriented.- Ability to thrive in collaborative environments, actively contribute to the success of the team, and consistently go above and beyond to support colleagues.Marsh McLennan is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.
