**What You'll Do?**As an Industrial Engineer you will be responsible for eliminate waste of time, money, materials, person-hours, machine time, energy and other resources that do not generate value. The position will develop, recommend, and implement changes which will result in the improvement of manufacturing processes and or product quality. This is a temporary position.**Responsibilities**- Develop, status, and analyze Manufacturing Master Schedules in sufficient detail to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner.- Optimize sequence of operations and workflow.- Create crew plans to ensure resources are properly allocated and utilized effectively.- Create metrics to monitor schedule progress and help identify risk areas.- Work to improve efficiencies through waste elimination and process improvements.- Perform data analysis to establish shop metrics and tackle complex problems.- Provide Technical support and assistance to manufacturing and maintenance team members, production supervisors and production associates**Job Title**JR- Industrial Engineer (Temporary)**Work**Appropriately**On Site: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis**Required Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s Degree: Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer and all Engineering related or related experience.- Required experience in similar position: from 1 to 3 years.- English Level: Intermediate.- key Skills: Knowledge in l ayout management, ergonomics and continuous improvement tools.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment is critical to your success General Motors.- Previous experienced in manufacturing environment- Effective decision-making, leadership and proactivity.In case you need any reasonable adjustment to continue with your process, let your recruiter know.**"**General Motors is committed to being a workplace that is not only free of unlawful discrimination, but one that genuinely fosters inclusion and belonging.
