Implements business processes and system configuration necessary to meet client requirements.- Effectively applies Kyriba methodology and enforces implementation standards.- Manages smaller projects independently. day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.- Supports blueprint engagements and produces related collateral.- Assists to identify and quantify project risks.- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.- Maintains 80% utilization rate.Communication- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.- Ability to produce high-quality project documentation and training.- Ability to understand and resolve customer issues.- Facilitates effective client meetings.- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.Client Management- Effectively sets and manages client expectations.- Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.Consultant Development- Seeks and participates in development opportunities above and beyond standard Kyriba training.- Improves Kyriba product knowledge by attending Kyriba training session and acquiring new certifications.Education, Experience and Skills:- Proficient in Spanish and English- Baccalaureate or Graduate degrees in Business or Finance or relevant work experience.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Previous project/customer management experience.- Excellent time management skills as multiple clients and projects will be managed simultaneously.- Capability to work with teams in multiple countries, across time zones.- Role based in Mexico, remote.- This job requires passing/clearing job-related Training and Certifications within the first 3 months of starting.Kyriba Culture and Values:- Innovation: We foster innovation and entrepreneurial thinking across our team by rewarding employees for their achievements and encouraging efficiency and continual process improvement.- Client Success: Our passion is to enable our clients’ success.
