DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.LI-HybridTeam Overview:Role Responsibilities:- **Ownership of Marketplace Strategies**: Leading strategies to enhance marketplace efficiency and improve passenger & driver retention.- **Initiative Development**: Creating new initiatives aimed at efficiently balancing our marketplace.- **Data Analysis**: Conducting continuous data analysis to understand day-to-day users behavior and competitive trends.- **KPI Optimization**: Optimizing efficiency KPIs through operational tools and programs informed by comprehensive data analysis.- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Working closely with teams like marketing, product, and user research to place user experience at the center of all initiatives.Role Qualifications:- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficient in Excel and SQL.- Familiarity with Python and R is a plus.- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Proactive, curious and passionate about generating impact.- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
