**Project Support & Testing, 2 a 3 años de experiência en proyectos de TI, 100% IMSS, Prestaciones de ley, Sueldo entre los $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 netos según experiência.**Para Bambú Mobile el Project Support & Testing es un profesional dedicado al apoyo del Project Manager y la realización de pruebas funcionales de QA en los proyectos de TI.**Tareas y responsabilidades del Puesto**:- Participar en todas las reuniones del proyecto con el fin de documentar acuerdos y nuevos procesos.- Realizar de pruebas funcionales.- Realizar reportes de resultados de pruebas.- Constante comunicación con el Cliente para el seguimiento de incidencias reportadas.- Asignación y seguimiento de actividades relacionadas a la solución de incidencias.- Realizar propuestas de mejoras y nuevos desarrollos.- Documentar reglas de negocio y procesos.- Preparar entregables, proyectar y asegurar la calidad de estos.- *Estas son enunciativas más no limitativas**Aptitudes/Actitudes**:- Puntualidad.- Comunicación efectiva.- Capacidad de escuchar y entender los proyectos.- Capacidad de trabajar en varios proyectos al mismo tiempo.- Eficacia y proactividad bajo presión.- Trabajo en equipo.- Organizado.- Gusto por la tecnología.- Proactivo.- Compromiso.- Confianza personal.- Actitud Positiva.- Responsable.- Independiente.- Orientación al Cliente.- Facilidad para incorporar y asimilar rápidamente los procesos de la organización.- Conocimientos amplios del desarrollo de software**Experiência Requerida**:- Licenciatura: Ing. en Sistemas Computacionales, Lic. Ciencias de la computación, Lic.
