Our extensive network, personalized approach, and supportive guidance ensure that you're in the best hands to find your next job opportunity. _****Job Overview**:**Responsibilities**:- A/B Testing: Evaluating the campaigns and finding which angles convert the most leads- Market Research: To find new angles and scripts- Lead Management: Building lead lists to use in the campaigns**Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies**:- Ability to follow directions and work closely with the founder- Ability to be independent, solve problems on their own, and find ways to make improvements even when campaigns are already doing well- Experience building lead lists from places like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc, is a big bonus- Exceptional written and verbal English skills- Reliable internet and quiet office space- Tech setup for remote work (webcam, microphone)- Must be located in Latin America**Expected Career Progression**:They are looking for someone to grow with the company. You will be learning a lot and will be vital in shaping the most important part of their business, which is client success & fulfillment. So as the company grows and more staff come onboard, they would be looking to promote you. Below is an example of how your career progression could be:**Salary**:$1,500 - $2,200 USD per month, depending on experience.**Schedule**:Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm ET.However if you wish to start/end 1-2 hours before or after, that would be acceptable.**Application Disclaimer: Please Read Before Proceeding
