**Client Success, Campaign Manager (Remote)**We are looking for several highly motivated, critical thinkers who love to analyze real-time and historical data to drive performance of our clients campaigns within our ad network. You will gain experience in online marketing, media buying and data analytics.The Client Success Campaign Manager is a hybrid role combining 20% design for digital advertising, 40% optimization strategy & analysis and 40% client support. In this role you will focus heavily on A/B split testing to drive network growth and revenue in the digital marketing space. Using an iterative approach, you will improve conversion rates by designing and testing campaign creatives, copy and consumer audience targeting on behalf of our clients. Your test results and creative assets will also be used to contribute to our “Zeeto Playbook,” a robust library of high-converting web copy, themes, forms, components and templates for success when advertising in the Zeeto Ad Network (ZAN).Location - Although this is a remote position, the preferred location is LATAM. You will be working with a team in Mexico and the US.Company - Zeeto alongside sister company Tibrio, has about 50 total employees across the US and Mexico. We have converted to a completely remote working environment.**Qualifications**:- Experience level: Entry-mid level- Strong design and copywriting skills for digital marketing and advertising- Desires career in digital marketing/advertising industry and is eager to learn digital performance statistics, terminology and conversion optimization strategies (Conversion optimization, digital marketing and/or media buying experience a PLUS)- Strong oral and written communication skills and/or the confidence to participate in client-facing situations and internal meetings- Working knowledge of A/B split testing- Basic HTML/CSS skills helpful, but not at all required**You are**- Creative by nature and quick to adapt. You use data as inspiration to be more creative and pivot easily based on results to find solutions that convert.- Customer-centric. You’re thoughtful in designing for the end consumer and are personable, yet professional when communicating with clients.- Highly-organized self-starter. You are biased to speed yet detail-oriented. You thrive in a highly entrepreneurial, startup environment and your motivation is known to spark the whole team- Confident, outspoken and emotionally intelligent. You are not afraid to try, fail, learn and try again. You take risks, are open to ideas and constructive criticism, plus you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo.**Responsibilities (What you’ll learn)**:- Design, implement and optimize lead acquisition campaigns using the ZAN platform with input from Client Success teammates and clients- Grow into full ownership of client A/B split tests from concept to completion (includes design, implementation and documentation of results for creative assets, copy and audience targeting and more)- Design and develop device-responsive creatives and ad copy- Actively enhance user engagement and click through rates, taking action on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous testing and improvements- Seek and understand current industry trends/technologies to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition- Contribute to the development and improvement of Client Success team processes and strategies**What Zeeto can offer you**- An amazing technology stack to learn.
