Our state-of-the-art Call Center is looking to build on our biggest strength: our teammates We are searching for an experienced Data Analyst who will be responsible for tracking and analyzing call center statistics. They will be required to create quality and productivity reports for the management team, recommending process changes and enhancements to improve call center capabilities as well as develop call center reports as required by management, compliance, and clients.The individual will need to strategically understand and report from an abundance of data from multiple systems. The Data Analyst will work closely with the site directors and client account managers to ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures and influence positive health and growth of the accounts. We are looking for a Data Analyst to not only report the data but to look for ways to improve company reporting and to analyze data not just report it.**Responsibilities**:- Improve the speed and quality of daily and weekly reporting.- Review and input raw data into data programs, including Excel.- Collect data from a variety of sources and analyze trends and patterns to recommend and improve processes.- Track intraday, daily, weekly, line of business, and seasonal patterns.- Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.- Work with other departments as appropriate to gather and report on statistical data and resolve issues and concerns.- Develop and maintain contact center reporting that provides insights to key performance indicators and is consistent across core groups.**Location**:Blvd. de las Bellas Artes, Garita Internacional, Garita de Otay, 22430 Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico**Job Types**: Full-time**Requirements**:- Strong English proficiency.- Proven experience in Excel. (Minimum 2 years’ experience preferred)- Proven experience in Google Sheets. (Minimum 1 year experience preferred)- Experience in a call center environment (preferred)- Must be a team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills to achieve results.- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity.**Benefits**Pay: $18,425 - $20,600 MonthlyHiring Now
