In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to the Customer Support Manager you as a Customer Service Representative will be resposible for provide customer service and support to POWR-GARD internal and external customers.About the Job:- Provide order fulfillment- Practice and adhere to Lean Enterprise concepts- Provide professional and accurate information to customer phone inquiries. To log on the phone queue during work hours.- Provide assistance to credit analyst, planning team, sales engineers with requests.- Responsible for daily investigation and corrective actions of billing and delivery holds on orders and implement correction actions.About you:- 2-3 years of customer service in a manufacturing industry- Team Player great personality, excellent phone / communication skills both written and oral.- Results oriented, good problem solving skills- Good organizational and proactive skills- A “Self Starter”- thinker, doer - a person that initiates work.- Must be proficient in Word and Excel- Fluent and advanced English skills both written and spoken.- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently- SAP experience a plusLittelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
