**Important company MANAGER OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS**It seeks to incorporate its work team to BUYER of WORK SERVICES, for industrial work projects.Engineering studies essential (Industrial or Civil or Mechanical or Electrical)Experience- Contractor Management- Purchases of construction services for industrial work (industrial buildings)- Conversational Fluent English (ADVANCED)Activities- Maintain contact with suppliers and contractors to have information on price fluctuations and market trends, in order to achieve better conditions for the purchase and delivery of goods.- Receive purchase requisition requests.- Request quotes according to the requested input.- Prepare contracts or purchase orders according to the type of service, product to be purchased, and obtain the necessary authorizations for their full approval.- Send and deliver to the selected supplier a copy of the purchase order or the authorized work contract.- Prepare the check request for the payment of advances (if any) or total of the purchased input, according to the payment conditions stipulated in the contract or purchase order.- Control and update the portfolio of suppliers and contractors.- Prepare and deliver all the reports of each project.- Carry out the guidelines of the Quality System**we offer**- Law Benefits- employment stability- excellent working environment- Hours from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.**It is essential to live near Tlalnepantla, Naucalpan, State of Mexico**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $30,000.00 - $36,000.00 al mesConsideraciones ante el COVID-19:Cuenta con todas las medidas sanitarias
